    What is that green stuff on the inside of the nose pads on my eyeglasses?

    What is that green stuff on the inside of the nose pads on my eyeglasses and how do I clean it out?

    copper oxidation, use a q tip.

    it is mold get new glasses

    It's built up residue and bacteria...it comes from moisture over time (like if you have the glasses in the shower, or repeated washing...it also comes from contact with your face).

    You can pop them out and rub them down with alcohol, but I'd advise just buying new nose pads. They're like $4 at Wal-Mart, and the optical center there will even change them for free!
